FAQs

Things you need to know about your dress shopping experience!

When should I look for the dress?

We recommend giving yourself at least 9 months before you wedding. Our gowns take 4-6 months on average to make and you'll still want to have some time for alterations. We do have rush options for an additional fee. Please call us if you have any questions delivery times!

What happens when I find my dress? What is the process?

We will start by measuring you to make sure you gown fits you as closely as possible. We still recommend alterations once it arrives so the fit can be impeccable! Some of our designers are made to measure and others will have a size chart to get you the closest size. Expect a lot of measurements for a made to measure gown!

A 50% deposit will be due to get your gown into production.

Depending on the dress you chose you may receive your gown in 4 weeks or 6 months.

We will let you know when your gown has shipped and we can set up a first look appointment. You will be required to pay the remaining 50% at this appointment to take possession of your gown.

Once the gown is yours it's time for alterations. We do not provide those in house, so you will need to find your preferred seamstress. If you need any recommendations let us know!

Who and what should I bring?

We don't allow children under 12.

Our rooms will accommodate up to 5 guest comfortably. Let us know in advance if you have a larger party.

What you wear will depend on how comfortable you are. We do recommend nude underwear since some of our gowns are sheer (we do have slip liners if your more comfortable with that). Some brides wear strapless bras, some wear pasties, it's completely up to you!

How much are your gowns?

Our gowns are priced between $2,000 and $9,000. The vast majority are between $3,000 and $5,000.
